Charter Controls, Inc. is an industrial controls manufacturing facility located in Vancouver, Washington founded in April 2004 by Charlene O’Day. We are a member of the Washington State OMWBE (Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises).

Our mission is to create and maintain a mutually beneficial partnership with our customer base by consistently delivering top quality products and services. We keep abreast of new and emerging technologies in order to offer innovative control solutions to our clientele. A commitment to excellent service and technical support, combined with superior skill and workmanship and a focus toward lowering the overall cost of ownership to the end user have made us a preferred controls provider in the Pacific Northwest.

The Washington State Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) works to give businesses the opportunity to thrive in the government-contracting marketplace. Washington PTAC’s mission is to increase the number of government contracts awarded to Washington firms so that those firms can grow. They provide no cost, confidential, one-on-one technical assistance in all aspects of selling to federal, state, and local governments. PTAC advises businesses on bid reviews, marketing assistance, contract performance, small business designations, and more. PTAC hosts procurement training classes and seminars, and helps businesses register with the correct databases in order to compete for government contracts. With the help of PTAC, Washington State companies have been awarded more than $440 million in government contracts since 2009.
